If you don’t have the ability or time to tow the chiller trailer yourself, we can handle it for you. We offer delivery and collection, so the trailer arrives where you need it and is picked up once you’re finished.

Can I use the trailer for emergencies?
Absolutely. Our chiller trailer is perfect for emergency refrigeration when your fridge fails or you have more people arriving than expected.
Is the trailer suitable for events?
Yes! It keeps food and drinks cold for all occasions - weddings, parties, and BBQs and tangi. Our chiller trailer keeps your food and drinks perfectly chilled all day (and night) long. Ideal for any occasion where freshness matters.
Can I store meat and fish?
For sure, we've installed hooks and rails especially, making it ideal for hanging and storing meat or fish on trips. Our trailer drops to 2 degrees within an hour, and will maintain that for as long as you need.
How modern is the chiller trailer and is it easy to use?
Our trailer was made this year, and is super modern and well-maintained. It’s built for convenience, with a bright internal light and a rear step that makes loading a breeze. The unit is full head height, giving you plenty of room to move around inside, and thanks to its braked towing system, it can be safely towed even when fully loaded.
What comes with the trailer?
The trailer include shelving, which clips onto the walls and can be removed if you don't need it. There's a storage chest available and a 25m extension lead too. Hanging rails on ceiling are removable too.
Can we lock the trailer to keep our goods secure?
Security matters. The door of the trailer locks securely and we'll give you the keys. Plus we have a coupler, tow ball, and wheel lock - and chain and padlock, to cover all circumstances - you can rest easy knowing the chiller’s safe.
How is it powered?
We provide a 25m heavy duty lead to get you to your power source and you simply plug into a standard household power outlet or 3 -4 kVA generator, and you’re good to go.
Do we need to pay a bond?
We use a bond of $250 to secure your booking. This is refunded to your account within 7 days after your booking as long as everything comes back in good condition. Full details are in our Hire Agreement.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule booking?
Life happens — if you need to reschedule, you can change your booking up to 72 hours before your hire time (subject to availability). Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice receive 50% of the bond back; within 72 hours, the bond is non-refundable.
What if our request is out of the ordinary?
Ya know, every request is different. Sometimes events can be stressful, and we want to work with you to make things easy. Just let us know what you're needing and we will be as flexible as we can to make that happen. There is no minimum hire duration.
Can you deliver and collect the trailer for us?
We sure can. If you're not able to come to Awanui or don't have a license / towing vehicle, let us know and we can arrange delivery and collection for you.
